Returns
Items returned in new and unused condition, including original packaging, within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund in original form of payment. Returns will unfortunately not be fully refunded after 30 days of purchase. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Goods that cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, electrolytes, etc.)
Sanitary goods (Kula Cloths, etc.)
Flammable liquids (propane, stove fuel, etc.)
Personal care items (lip balm, Monkey Butt, etc.)
Gift Cards
Goods may be partially refunded if they are in resalable condition AND granted by Trail Otter:
Item(s) not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts
Any returned item(s) returned after more than 30 days
Books with obvious signs of use
After your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notifying you of approval or rejection of the refund request. If approved, your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for guaranteeing delivery to our store. Consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee delivery to our store.
Clearance items
Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Only defective or damaged items can be exchanged.
